On March 17, 2026, as part of the Accounting and Finance Department’s work plan, instruc-tors D.T. Uvale\u0435va and U.A. Chekisheva organized a meeting between college faculty and students from groups B-226 and B-227 with Zhanna Duisenbekovna Turganova, Chief Specialist of the Legal Department of the Kostanay State Revenue Department, on the topic «Changes to the Tax Code as of January 1, 2026.»
            Purpose of the event: To summarize and consolidate students’ knowledge on changes to property taxes.
            Z.D. Turganova presented the new Tax Code No. 214-ZRK of July 18, 2025, which came into effect on January 1, 2026.  She noted which tax rates have changed, what new special tax regimes have been introduced, and spoke about the tax authorities’ digital services, «E-Salyg Azamat» and «E-Salyg Business.» She also noted that current payments for land tax and transport tax have been waived. For property tax for legal entities, current payments are made subject to comp-liance with established requirements.
            The meeting featured slides and interactive equipment. The students were active, asked questions, and received individual consultations. At the end, the faculty thanked  Zh.D. Turga-nova for the information provided.
            Z.D. Turganova emphasized that it is the duty of every citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan to comply with tax payment requirements to the budget within the deadlines established by law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
