On April 21, 2026, a lecture was held at the Kostanay Higher College of Kazpotrebsoyuz for second-year students majoring in Law. The event featured a representative of the Kostanay branch of the Kazakhstan International Bureau for Human Rights and Rule of Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
