The history of the college began on May 25, 1956, when, based on Resolution No. 295 of the Board of Centrosoyuz, a trade cooperative school was established, laying the foundation for the modern educational institution we proudly know today. Over the decades, the college has followed a path of continuous growth while preserving its traditions of quality education, professionalism, and dedication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, Kostanay Higher College of Kazpotrebsoyuz is a modern educational institution successfully training highly qualified specialists in nine fields: Accounting and Audit, Banking and Insurance, Valuation, Management, Logistics, Marketing, Law, Statistics, and Social Work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The college continues to develop dynamically by implementing modern educational technologies and creating excellent conditions for practical training. Students study in modern computer classrooms, use virtual laboratories equipped with 3D technologies, practice in a training store with real cash registers and goods, and improve professional skills in a simulated courtroom environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are especially proud of our talented, active, and ambitious students who successfully represent the college at competitions, olympiads, and WorldSkills championships, winning numerous awards and prizes. The military-patriotic club \u201cSarmat,\u201d sports club \u201cAlash,\u201d volunteer movement, debate club, KVN teams, and business incubator actively contribute to student development and campus life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the college\u2019s significant achievements is obtaining the status of a Republican Educational and Methodological Association. The college currently serves as a methodological center for the specialties of Valuation, Banking and Insurance, and Statistics. In 2025, the specialty \u201cLaw\u201d was also added to this list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The college actively strengthens cooperation with employers and social partners. More than 70 partnership agreements and 12 memorandums of cooperation have been signed with organizations in business, finance, public administration, and social services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are proud to be among the first colleges granted the opportunity to provide applied bachelor\u2019s degree programs. Today, such programs are successfully implemented in Marketing, Accounting and Audit, Management, and Banking and Insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this special occasion, we express our sincere gratitude to veteran teachers, faculty members, staff, students, graduates, and partners for their contribution to the development of the college, their dedication, initiative, and commitment to excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
