Career Guidance Event “Open Day”

In today’s world, the most valuable resources are time and knowledge. However, they are always in short supply: knowledge quickly becomes outdated, so to be successful, a person must continuously learn and develop. At the same time, the pace of life is so fast that even 24 hours a day are often not enough. Therefore, it is especially important to have the opportunity to receive maximum information and services in one place and at one time.

On April 24, 2026, a career guidance event “Open Day” was held in the Beimbet Mailin district with the participation of representatives of colleges and higher education institutions of the region. Students of grades 9–11 from district schools took part in the event, which became an important step toward their professional self-determination.

The main goal of the event was to provide career guidance support to students in choosing their field of study and future profession. Today, all conditions are created for students to make a conscious choice and take a confident step toward a successful future.

Representatives of educational institutions introduced students to educational programs, admission requirements, and employment prospects. The key objective was not only to inform but also to demonstrate the wide opportunities for obtaining quality education.

During the event, participants were shown video presentations with detailed information about the specialties of the new intake, as well as provided with brochures and other informational materials. Students actively asked questions and received comprehensive answers. We express our sincere gratitude to the organizers for the warm welcome, high level of organization, and rich program, which allowed participants to become better acquainted with educational institutions and take their first step toward an informed career choice.
