Steps Toward Excellence: Summing Up the Work of the Creative Groups

Today, the college held a final event marking the completion of the work of the Creative Groups of the School of Pedagogical Excellence for the current academic year.

Throughout the year, the college departments actively worked to enhance the professional competence of educators. As part of the Creative Groups’ activities, seminars, master classes, workshops, training sessions, and methodological meetings were organized to improve teaching practices and implement modern educational technologies.

Each department presented its experience, shared effective teaching practices, and reported on the outcomes of the activities carried out during the year.

For example, the Department of Accounting and Finance organized and conducted a practice-oriented training session featuring interactive and creative formats entitled “Interactive Teaching: From Boring Lectures to Engaged Learning Through the Use of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Tools.”

A particular strength of the work carried out was the combination of theoretical and practical approaches. Throughout the year, instructors not only expanded their professional knowledge but also acquired practical skills in applying modern teaching methods that can be successfully integrated into the educational process.

The final event, “Mastery and Inspiration: Closing the Academic Season,” organized by the Department of Management, Marketing, and Logistics, served as a platform for exchanging experience, reviewing the results of the Creative Groups’ activities, and identifying prospects for the further development of the School of Pedagogical Excellence. Participants emphasized the importance of such meetings for the professional growth of educators and for improving the quality of the educational process at the college.

The work of the Creative Groups is one of the most effective tools used by the college’s Methodological Center to stimulate and enhance educators’ professional activities. Participation in these groups enables educators not only to improve their knowledge and skills but also to actively engage in finding innovative solutions to the pressing challenges of modern education.

In concluding the work of the Creative Groups, the college’s Methodological Center expresses its gratitude to all educators who actively participated in their activities throughout the academic year.
