A field trip for 3rd-year students majoring in «Accounting and Audit» (groups B-226 and B-227) to the State Revenue Department of the city of Kostanay, themed «From Tax Theory to Practice.»

On October 6, 2026, in accordance with the Accounting and Finance Department’s plan, instructors U.A. Chekisheva and D.T. Uvaleeva organized a field trip for third-year students majoring in Accounting and Auditing (groups B-226 and B-227) to the Kostanay State Revenue Department on the topic «From Theory to Taxation Practice.»
  The main goal of the tour was to expand the students’ professional knowledge, develop a practical understanding of the activities of state revenue authorities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and establish a connection between theoretical knowledge acquired in class and its practical application.
  Particular attention was paid to issues of tax legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the procedure for fulfilling tax obligations by individuals and businesses, as well as modern methods of interaction between taxpayers and government agencies. The students were able to see how the theoretical knowledge acquired in college is applied in practice.  Specifically, issues related to tax calculation and payment, tax reporting, tax administration, and the use of electronic services were discussed.
 
  Following the event, students noted the practical significance of the information they received and the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge in studying professional disciplines.
  The excursion contributed to students’ increased interest in their specialty, broadened their professional horizons, and developed an understanding of possible future professional paths.
  The event was held in an educational and professionally oriented atmosphere.
