The interaction between our college and employers is becoming the main indicator of the quality and reliability of an educational institution and is one of the most important criteria for competitiveness in the market of educational services and labor.

On November 20, 2024, as part of the department’s action plan: «Accounting and Financial specialties», a meeting of 2nd year students of the specialty was held: «Accounting and Audit» with Svetlana Nikolaevna Reshetova, Director of the company, and Margarita Tiposhchuk, specialist, «Bukhuchetprof2017» LLP.

Margarita Tiposhchuk, a graduate of 2021 with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, joined the company as an ordinary specialist and rose through the career ladder in three years. She shared with the students about the intricacies of the accountant’s work, the problems faced by employees of the accounting profession, how the selection and selection of employees takes place, the requirements for new hires, their prospects for further professional growth, wages, etc.

During the meeting, many questions were asked about practice and employment, students received competent answers, and the conversation was productive in the form of a friendly dialogue between the employer and the student.
