Open lesson in group B — 225

On November 20, 2024, according to the work plan of the Department of Accounting and Financial Disciplines, teacher K.A. Dzhanturina held a lesson business game on module PM 1 «Documentation of economic operations and accounting of the organization», the topic of practical work «Preparation and processing of advance reports».

Purpose of the event: Consolidation of skills in preparation and processing of advance reports.

Lesson objectives: — use of the acquired knowledge in the lesson;

                                         — analysis of the lesson

At the beginning of the lesson, students held a presentation on the topic «Accounting for settlements with accountable persons». After the presentation, the teacher conducted testing on the topic in order to check the readiness of the group to perform a practical task. Then the teacher gave a briefing on practical work and indicated the evaluation criteria for the stages of work performed.

The teacher divided the group into 3 main subgroups of 10 people:

Accounting -1; Accounting — 2; Accounting — 3. Each accounting department was given its own tasks for advance reports, different from each other. In each accounting department, a chief accountant was appointed, accountants — 5 people who wrote out a travel certificate indicating the amount for issuance to the subreport and then they processed the advance report, and the seconded persons — 5 people made an advance report. Students were active, asked questions. Received individual consultations.

The chief accountants summed up the work of their accounting department, noted positive results and some shortcomings.

At the end of the lesson, a reflection was held and the teacher thanked for the activity of individual students.
