Business game «We are for creativity!»
Within the framework of the Department of Management, Marketing and Logistics of the College on December 25, teachers S.V. Vasilenko and S.K. Kovalchuk organized a unique event for students of the specialty «Marketing» called «We are for creativity!». Where two teams took part: group M-223 and group M-224. The main goal of this event was to identify and develop the creative abilities of students, as well as their application of knowledge and skills in the field of marketing to create non-standard and creative solutions in real business tasks.
The event was organized as a series of creative assignments and competitions, where students actively participated in each stage.
At the beginning of the event, students were divided into several teams, each of which was tasked with developing a unique marketing concept for a fictional product — toys. It was a real marathon of ideas, where participants actively exchanged thoughts, offered new non-standard solutions and chose the most creative ones. During the event, students demonstrated the ability to work with creative approaches and quickly adapt to changes in the situation.
At the conclusion of the event, the students submitted their own logos and slogans for the products they developed. At this stage, they demonstrated both artistic and strategic skills, as each logo was supposed to not only be visually attractive, but also reflect the marketing concept of the product.
Each student showed his individuality and creativity, actively using knowledge and skills in marketing to solve the tasks. The work process has become an excellent platform for the exchange of ideas and the formation of professional skills that will help them in their future careers.
The event «We are for creativity!» Not only contributed to the development of students’ creative abilities, but also strengthened the connection between theory and practice in the study of marketing, which is an important aspect of training specialists in this field.
