Methodical week as a tool for managing the quality of the educational process in college

Traditionally, a methodological week «Innovative ideas for organizing successful studies at the Kazpotrebsoyuz Higher College» was held in our college from January 20 to 24 of this year.

In order to increase the effectiveness of the educational process at the college, the methodical office is constantly searching for the most effective tools for the professional growth of teachers, and this time was no exception. The program of the methodical week, as noted by colleagues, was very diverse:

1. January 20 – BarCamp. Opening of the Methodical Week;

2. January 21 – Life coaching. Psychological training;

3. January 22 – Master class «AI among us» for 9th grade students;

4. January 23 – Sports leisure;

5. January 24 – Methodological development competition of the lesson «New opportunities and modern trends in technical and vocational education»;

6. January 24 – Premiere of the play «One Thousand and One Nights» at the Regional Russian Drama Theater.

In modern conditions, methodical work is the most important link in the system of continuing pedagogical education.

In the process of organizing and implementing events within the framework of the methodological week, the administration recognized the professionalism and responsibility of newly accepted teachers, assessed the dynamics of competence and professional growth of colleagues.

The active forms of the methodical week, barcamp, Life coaching, a master class, sports leisure, a competition of methodological developments, allowed to stimulate the creative, research activities of the teacher, and to identify and define a guideline for the next development.

«A talented teacher, talented in everything,» this can be said about colleagues who have shown professionalism not only in the framework of methodological work, but also in sports events.

The end of the methodical week was a trip of the team to the regional Russian drama theater, which allowed the team to unite and feel necessary and meaningful to each other.
