The court through the eyes of students: future college lawyers in the world of justice

As part of the implementation of the «Law and Order» ideology, from October 29 to November 14, 2025, students of graduation groups P-79, P-80 and P-83 majoring in Law from Kostanay Higher College of Kazpotrebsoyuz took part in training trips to the courts of the city and the region.

The future lawyers attended the sessions in the court No. 2 of the city of Kostanay and the Specialized Interdistrict Criminal Court of the Kostanay region. Such visits allow students not only to see the work of the judicial system in real conditions, but also to consolidate the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom.

The event was organized by Zarina Naimanovna Uspanova, a teacher of special disciplines, as part of her study of the discipline «Criminal Procedural Law» and the implementation of the «Law and Order» ideology.

Attending trials has become an important stage in the professional development of students, helping them to better understand the specifics of criminal proceedings, to see the interaction of the parties in the process and the role of the court in ensuring justice and legality.

Such experience forms a legal culture, respect for the law and awareness of the importance of the legal profession in modern society among future specialists.
