Participation of social partners in improving the effectiveness of the educational process at the college in the specialty 04210100 – Law

On February 28, 2025, the Kostanay Higher College of Kazpotrebsoyuz Institution hosted a binary lesson in the 2nd year group, P-83, specialty 04210100 — Law in the professional module 2 «Knowledge of office management standards and modern information technologies», jointly organized by the teacher of special disciplines Uspanova Z.N. and representatives of the State Revenue Administration according to the Kostanay district of the Department of State Revenue of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

The purpose of the lesson: generalization and systematization of knowledge on the basics of conducting a tax audit in the framework of studying the learning outcome 2.3 «To develop drafts of legal documents and verify their compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.»

The practical part of the lesson consisted in checking the information provided by the students for compliance with Article 148 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget (Tax Code)» of the issued sample tax audit order.

The students successfully completed the task, and noted for themselves the importance of applying compliance with legal norms when conducting a tax audit.

The professional orientation of the lesson is a reflection of the practical experience of professional specialists, therefore, conducting lessons with the invitation of practitioners is a good tradition in the practice of teaching academic disciplines and modules.

Such events allow students to increase their attention to future professional activities, focus on how to become successful in the labor market, as well as receive good professional training.
