Excursion to the trading enterprise supermarket Small

On May 8, 2025, teachers of special disciplines A.I. Sysoeva and S.V. Vasilenko, within the framework of the events of the Department of Management, Marketing and Logistics, organized and conducted an excursion to the Small supermarket trading enterprise. The tour was organized for students of the 2nd year of specialty 04130100 Management (by industry and application), group Mn-31.

The purpose of the tour: to study on the example of a specific trading enterprise the device, layout, technical equipment, advertising design of the store, services provided to customers, operations of the trade and technological process.

Employees of the trading enterprise shared their experience and knowledge. The students discussed the layout of the enterprise, got acquainted with the trading equipment, the settlement center and the conduct of cash transactions with customers. We studied the methods of sale, assortment, methods of displaying and placing goods. We are also familiar with the trade and technological process in the store, starting with the procurement process and ending with the sale of goods.

The guys plunged into the atmosphere of modern retail, starting with the trading floor. Also, employees of the trading enterprise shared how to properly organize the space for the maximum convenience of buyers.

The tour was interesting and informative.
