Connecting Generations: On the College’s 70th Anniversary

Student years are a special stage in every person’s life, a time of professional and personal development. It is within the college’s walls that knowledge, values, and life goals are formed, forming a solid foundation for future achievements.

In the college’s anniversary year—its 70th anniversary—the reunion of graduates on January 17, 2026, who studied here thirty years ago, was especially symbolic. Decades later, they gathered again at their beloved educational institution, where their friendship began and their first steps into the profession were made. The warm reunion recalled their carefree student years and the significance of their first professional education.

From 1995 to 1997, graduates Madina Kadirzhanovna Dosmukhamedova (Asyrzhanova), Zhibek Zhagalbayevna Zharaspayeva, Gulzhan Zhaksalykovna Nurmagambetova, and Aigul Kabdullovna Sherubaeva studied at the Kostanay Cooperative College, majoring in Organization of cooperative trade and merchandising of consumer goods. Returning to their hometown provided an opportunity to relive the atmosphere of student life and gratefully remember their teachers, mentors, and parents. Special thanks go to their group’s supervisor, Valentina Andreyevna Protsenko, for her attention, support, and mentorship, which played a vital role in their student lives.

The graduates express their gratitude to the college administration and teaching staff for their knowledge, support, and preservation of the best educational traditions. Such meetings clearly demonstrate the continuity of generations and the college’s special role in developing qualified specialists.
