From Theory to Practice: Encountering the Living System of Justice

On April 9, 2026, second-year students of the “Law” specialty (group P-82) visited the Department of the Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region. The экскурсия was organized by the lecturer of specialized disciplines, Uspanova Z.N.
Currently, the students are studying Professional Module 2, “Mastering Documentation Standards and Modern Information Technologies.” This module covers key areas such as the activities of HR departments, office management (incoming and outgoing documentation), and the organization of archival work.
In order to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, the students visited the court, where they became acquainted with the real organization of document flow, the work of the office and archive, as well as the specifics of the functioning of the judicial system.
Particular attention during the visit was given to modern digital solutions. Court staff introduced electronic document management systems and specialized information platforms used in their work, including systems similar to “e-Kyzmet,” helping students better understand the automation of document processes.
In addition, the students visited the court museum, where they learned about the history of the judicial system and explored archival materials and exhibits.
This event became an important step in developing the professional competencies of future lawyers, allowing them to see the practical application of their studies and gain a deeper understanding of the role of justice in modern society.
